Barker Shoes USA is committed to your satisfaction; we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn, original condition footwear to ensure you find the perfect fit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Barker branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
